Shipping policy

• Purchased Items are shipped within 1-3 business days after an order is placed.

• Standard Shipping expect 3-7 days for arrival.

• Priority Mail is shipping next business day with 2-3 business day delivery.

• Priority Express mail is shipped same business day and arrives within 24 hours of shipment.

•  Delivery estimates below include item preparation and shipping time.

• All orders will be charged the same day they are placed, and will ship out on or before the available ship date.

• We will NOT be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the customer's mistake or misspelling of the shipping address.

• It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you enter and make sure it is valid for the shipping method you select.

• Our packages cannot be forwarded to a different address in case of a change of address. The shipping address entered must be the final location of the shipment.

• Orders are processed the same business day and address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed.

• Vilót does ship internationally with a few exceptions.

•           Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

•           We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.

•           Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
