Shipping Returns and Exchanges
PLEASE READ BEFORE SHOPPING: DUE TO COVID-19 AND FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SAFETY, WE WILL TEMPORARILY NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURN REQUESTS.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. We ship by USPS. Please allow up to 24-48hrs for your order to be processed & 3-5 business days for shipping ( if you selected the lowest cost shipping preference). You will receive an email confirmation once your package is shipped with a tracking number.
First Class packages (the most inexpensive option) does NOT have insurance. Our company personally delivers all packages to the USPS. Any packages LOST BY USPS is their responsibility. It is up to the customer to file a claim with the USPS.
If you would like an insured shipment and delivery please choose priority mail rate at shipping. The USPS insures packages up to $100.
Orders made Monday-Friday between 9 a.m and 5 p.m EST will be shipped within the same or next business day. Orders made during the weekend will be fulfilled on the next business day.
Our goal is to ship your items as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that our carrier only provide us with an estimated delivery date. Once your order has left our facilities it is now the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in a timely matter.
Once your order has been packaged you will receive a tracking number. We are NOT responsible for incorrect address, unclaimed or refused packages and for orders lost in the mail. If for any reason your package gets lost in the mail you may submit a claim with USPS.

If you made an incorrect order and the item has NOT shipped. Please email email@example.com to have your order adjusted within 24-48 hours of your order.

If our product doesn't work for you, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to reach out to customer service firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund. We DO NOT refund purchases after 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please be mindful of this before reaching out to Customer Service.
You will not receive the amount you paid for shipping. Contact customer service (email@example.com) upon having your return request granted, you will need to return the merchandise to the company at the address provided by customer service. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS! Should your package get lost in the mail, WE WILL NOT REFUND you. Once we received the package we will refund you immediately. Refunds are processed by Shopify and will take 3-5 business days to get to your account. However, you will received an email confirming that your package arrive and that your email has been processed.
