If our product doesn't work for you, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to reach out to customer service info@vilotskin.com for a refund. We DO NOT refund purchases after 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please be mindful of this before reaching out to Customer Service.

You will not receive the amount you paid for shipping. Contact customer service (info@vilotskin.com) upon having your return request granted, you will need to return the merchandise to the company at the address provided by customer service. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS! Should your package get lost in the mail, WE WILL NOT REFUND you. Once we received the package we will refund you immediately. Refunds are processed by Shopify and will take 3-5 business days to get to your account. However, you will received an email confirming that your package arrive and that your email has been processed.  

Also, due to covid, returns and refunds are at the discretion of Vilót Skin.
